What You’ll Do: 

• Diagnosing, installing, and repairing Septic systems, wells, and water filtration systems
• Servicing multi-family units
• Establish great customer rapport 
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory 
• Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings 
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations 
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets 

What Makes You Great? 

• 5+ years of service plumbing experience, preferred
• Plumbing license, required 
• Customer-focused with good communication skills 
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  
• Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit 
• Your already positive attitude! 
• Ability to use Service Titan 
• You’re professional; neat, clean, punctual and courteous
